A NEW FIRM

Martens Bros. Engage in the Land and Loan Business.

As will be noticed by advertisement in another column, Messrs. C. W. Martens and H. A. Martens have branched out into the land and loan business. Mr. C. W. Martens has for the past five or six years been connected with the Farmers bank of this city, but has made arrangements to resign his position there at an early day.

Mr. Henry Martens, has been connected with the Grant County Abstract and Title Company for some time past, and is also well in touch with land interestes and values in this locality. Both gentlemen have been in Grant county since its earliest settlement, 25 years ago, and have witnessed the development of the country from a state of wild prairie, and are thoroughly familiar with the capabilities of the soil and climate of all this region. They are both well known men of integrity who can be relied upon to do what they agree to do in every case, and it is a well assured fact that any business entrusted to them will be carefully looked after and attended to with scrupulous honesty and fidelity.
