I received an answer from James C. Wolf, Capuchin Archivist about Samuel Simono. When he entered in the Capuchin order his name was Leland John Simoneau son of Bernard Simono and Evelyn Dupuis. He received name
"Samuel" when invested with the Capuchin habit on August 31, 1960, at St. Felix Friary, Huntington, Indiana, USA. He was dispensed from solemn vows during theological studies at St. Anthony Seminary, Marathon, Wisconsin at his own request, on December 5, 1966.
Left the Capuchin Order. He was born January 20, 1942 at Two Rivers, Wisconsin.
