NORBERT JAMES MARTENS
Norbert James Martens, 90, a former De Pere resident, died Sunday afternoon, August 16, 1992 at a local nursing home. The son of the late August and Minerva (Campbell) Martens was born June 6, 1902 in De Pere. Norbert had been a long time California resident and had been in the insurance business.

Survivors include two sisters, Eleanor Schilling, Latrobe, Penn., Eileen and Ellsworth Longlais, De Pere; many nieces and nephews.

He was perceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gerald Martens; two sisters, Marian Vincent and Catherine Rentmeester.

In accordance with Norbert's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cotter Funeral Home, De Pere, in charge of arrangements.
