GERALD F. MARTENS
Gerald. F. Martens, 69, formerly of De Pere, died Sunday morning at a Milwaukee Hospital.

He was born in De Pere, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. August Martens, and married the former Blanche Driscoll of Sheboygan in 1934. He as employed by the Wisconsin Telephone Company until retiring in 1971.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Daniel and Michael of Dallas TX; two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Kay) Ross of Hartford and Mrs. John (Sharon) Bitz of Milwaukee; 18 grandchildren; one brother, Norbert of Los Angeles, Calif., and three sisters, Mrs. William (Eleanor) Schilling of Latrobe Pa., Mrs. Catherine Rentmeester, and Mrs. Ellsworth (Eileen) Longlais both of De Pere. He was preceded in death by one sister, Mrs. Marion Vincent of De Pere. Funeral services were held Wednesday morening at St. Rita Catholic church, West Allis, WI.
