Alice Pelegrin
Funeral services for Alice R. Pelegrin, 75, Allouez, were held Sunday, Feb.
2 at First United Presbyterian Church, De Pere. Rev. Ted Tromble officiated
with burial at Greenwood Cemetery, DePere.
She died Friday, Jan. 31.
Born Feb. 22, 1927 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence (Eva May Phelps) Martens,
she married Marlin K. Pelegrin on Oct. 5, 1946. She was a lifetime member
of First United Presbyterian Church, serving as an Elder, Deacon, Sunday school
teacher and on the committee for the Winnebago Presbytery. She was active
in Mission sewing, Ruth/Talbot Circle and the Thursday Club. She was also
a member of Rebekah Lodge #185 and Three Links.
Survivors include four children, Sally of DePere, Kip of Allouez, Kurt of
Green Bay, Kerry (Michelle) of Lena; two grandchildren; one sister, Eva Mae
French; and a sister-in-law, Gail Jens.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; a son,
Keith; three brothers, Harold, Clayton and Adrian; and a brother-in-law, Robert
French.
